Extremely well packaged: was wrapped in 15 ft of bubble-wrap and double-boxed - I think it could have survived a collision with a Mack truck! Shipping was a little pricey, but probably not unreasonable, given the weight and how well it was packaged. Seller had also offered a generous discount on the item, which balanced out the shipping cost. Very happy with the transaction and would gladly purchase from seller again.
