Turns out the phone had no sim card. A few hours later after contacting Tracfone 3 times and buying a sim card I was finally able to get it activated. Very inconvenient. I contacted the seller with this info but got no response. I'm leaning toward neutral feedback but because the phone is like new and it was a good price I'm going with positive.
