Sales Consultant "Amanda" responded, stating that she would get the correct item shipped out. Messaged seller again on 7/14, asking for any updates or a new tracking number. No response. As of today 7/19, I have not received the item that I purchased. Opened a claim with eBay to get my money back. I have ordered the same item from a different seller, so it really is not needed at this point. Dishonest sellers disappoint me.

This is the 3rd one, and I haven't tested it yet. Seller shipped it in a plastic bag via USPS, its small carton has arrived twice completely smashed. Was it new or used when it was finally shipped? Who knows?
