    I bought a total of 16 glasses and received those glasses safely and packaged the best I have ever seen. This seller spent extra money to make sure the glass was packed well for shipping. The glasses are so beautiful and stunning and was exactly as described. These vintage glasses were a great value and were so heavy as what I was wanting.     The 4 winter scene tumblers are exactly as described, in like-new condition and quickly sent. But just as important, the seller could teach a master class on packing fragile items. Each tumbler was bubble-wrapped with care and lots of padding. A perfect transaction.

    I received my ordered item from the seller today. When i opened the package i was surprised to see the glass jar had two large cracks one in the lid and one in the base jar. I notified the seller of the shipping problem. I thought the packaging was adequate for sending. The seller immediately and without hesitation issued a complete refund and apology. I will be glad to do business with this seller anytime and if I observe an item in the inventory to purchase. Great seller customer service.
