The Braun Series 9 Replacement Shaver Head was in perfect condition and works superbly. I thought the price was reasonable. It was lower than many other vendors I saw on-line. The package wasn't in a container that privided maximum safety to the product. So, the cardboard backing got bent. However, that had no impact on the shaver head's condition. The only negative that I could have is that it took the package longer to arrive than originally estimated.
