The seller had excellent, fast communication, was very supportive and understanding. Even tho it says no returns, we were having problems, he offered a refund if we didn't work it out over the weekend. But once we took apart and cleaned our console, everything worked fine! 10/10 buy from this person!

Case was for the wrong game, as shown by the side label, which was not only for the wrong game but was also in bad shape. I messaged the seller and kindly asked about these discrepancies, but they never responded. I saw feedback from someone else who experienced a similar situation, so this seems to be a recurring thing. While I appreciate the price and shipping speed, the rest is unacceptable.
