The packaging kept the valve safe, and it arrived as described. It was much more cost effective for us to order this piece instead of getting a new valve kit with parts we didn't need. The valve we ordered fit perfectly, and we can now use our hot water heater again! Thank you for your shop!

I contacted them through the proper channels and the next thing I knew, "Real Cool Surplus" had given a full refund! Also, they were very apologetic for the problem. Even though all of this was what seemed like a problem, "Real Cool Surplus" will be one of my go too vendors. Thank you for being a champion as a e-bay Vendor.
