Seller remedied this by buying another sign from Dept 56 so fixed issue. Very nice of them. Packaging with bubble wrap was great to protect items. Excellent quality piece. Detailed appearance of building and sign. Shipping speed as expected for USPS Ground Advantage. Great seller and I would definitely buy from again!
