    It was the incorrect snowflake. But the seller refunded my money when I sent a picture of what I received and they received the returned item. Because they gave me a full refund and were so good about it I gave them a "positive". I thought they were very honest.

    First, let me say that I will definitely buy from this seller again! The communication was excellent; even going as far as sending me a follow up email the day that the item was delivered. As for the item it was exactly as described and it was brand new! Also because I am in a wheelchair, I like my items delivered by either UPS or FedEx. This company made sure that it was shipped via FedEx! A+++++
