Unfortunately it would not retain a charge. I contacted the seller and they had me initiate a return. As soon as the item was scanned at USPS a full refund was made. I would recommend this seller and would purchase from them again.

Seller did their best, this was an international purchase so it gets a little complicated when there are issues, but as stated a compromise was reached.

As soon as the return was approved, almost immediately, I received a total refund, and was given plenty of time to return the item. I am very happy with this seller!.
