The price was definitely good and the pencil looked great. The only issue I had was that I paid extra for expedited shipping to make sure that I received the pencil before my Father's Birthday. The seller took almost a week to actually ship it. Luckily, it did arrive in time for his birthday, but if I pay for expedited shipping, I expect it to be shipped as soon as possible.

We do not compensate for any damage to the box. Above is the response I received to my direct feedback sent to the seller. All 3 packages arrived with dents. Spend the extra money to have your product packaged better to prevent having it shoved inside mailbox. Product description does not say package "ships" in poly bag.
