He did not have to, but he was very kind and offered me a lower price. Communication was good. Packaging was excellent. Item described as it came, no issues at all. I am never pleased with shipping, but it's something that we all have to pay for. I have no negative remarks to leave. It was a pleasant and positive transaction.

I communicated with Grandma's Attic Treasures, and the response was quick, with the seller pursuing the package through their shipper. Alas, the package disappeared, and a refund was issued. Thank you, Grandma's Attic Treasures for being an excellent seller, and having quick responses!

Did this happen in shipping, or does the shrink wrap disguise it? Due to the album corners, I would definitely not have graded this album in NEW condition as described. Creative packaging for shipping an album, but it seemed to work just fine.
