The buyer sent me a sweet message along with an offer for $12, which I accepted. Upon arrival of the shirt, she was extremely upset to find out that the raw hem shirt, as listed in the description, had an actual raw hem. I refunded the full amount of the purchase AND let her keep the shirt. This took place in Aug. Negative feedback left in Oct. This hurts, but I wish her all the best. I am thankful for kind customers that allow me to stay home with my kiddos
