Listed USPS Ground advantage shipping, but chose the slowest UPS ground saver, while I paid full price (no offer) and the listed price. Also very slow to ship and respond. I had to pay a few cents extra/ more money to choose UPS Ground Saver as we always try to ship as fast as possible YET thus buyer was looking for a problem and left this negative feedback before the package was shipped because I chose a faster more expensive shipping option. Please forgive him!
