The headphones arrived in perfect condition and exactly as described. The description stated “Italian import” I put in a cancellation request then contacted the seller apologising. Ebayer responded in the morning informing me he could ship a UK one out instead. I accepted and thanked them. I received the product within a couple of days. More than happy with my purchase.
