When I asked what I do as they had already sent the illuminous tyre valve caps. They said to refuse the delivery; I informed the seller I wasn't home when delivered. They tried 3 times to offer 10%, 35% & 50% refund, I told them on all occasions I want 100% refund as I can't use illegal tyre valve caps.
