There are only 2 drawbacks I'd consider for using this as an everyday desktop. 1st, it does not have the TPM 2.0 module required in Windows 11 meaning you cannot run Windows 11 on this computer. You likely won't be able to fit a graphics card without modding the case so I wouldn't try this as a gaming PC. If those 2 things don't matter to you it's a no brainer.

They definitely have some of the higher quality refurbished printer products on the used market. One thing I really like is they take the time to safely package their items, which is a huge deal considering how rough shipping lanes can be. Products are always very clean as well. Every now and then there is a hiccup on a possible defect but they have always helped me find a resolution.

Unfortunately during shipment a corner piece had broken off on paper feed # 1 in front lower corner of printer, as well as guides on sides of feed tray were broken too. The printer otherwise looked very nice, and clean. The seller was extremely, nice and helpful with the return of the printer. A seamless return, thank you so much.
