Then I saw it was broken. I sent this seller a photo of the damaged goods. They immediately took responsibility (although I don't think it was their fault) and apologized. They also immediately refunded the full cost of my purchase, including postage. Although this transaction wasn't typical, this seller did their very best to make it right.
