TO THEIR CREDIT, VENDOR IMMEDIATELY ISSUED FULL NO QUESTIONS ASKED REFUND - AND - I DID NOT NEED TO RETURN THE ITEM. i could be wrong, but i suspect when you do as much business as this vendor seems to, some slip ups are inevitable. The MOST important thing is to immediately take ownership and responsibility, which this vendor did.

My only issue was that it took over two weeks to arrive, but that wasn't the fault of the seller, who shipped quickly. I checked the tracking, and it seemed to be a problem with USPS.
