Unfortunately it would not retain a charge. I contacted the seller and they had me initiate a return. As soon as the item was scanned at USPS a full refund was made. I would recommend this seller and would purchase from them again.

Seller did their best, this was an international purchase so it gets a little complicated when there are issues, but as stated a compromise was reached.

I needed faster shipping and they responded promptly and we were able to set things up to get the steamer to me faster. Great seller and great product!
