    These drawer runners are of a high quality and operate very smoothly. They offer excellent value for money and should provide many years of service. Unfortunately the initial package arrived badly damaged, with 4 of the 5 items missing, and the 5th pair dented and twisted. Having taken photos of the "carnage" I messaged SOLMER with my issues. I received a very prompt response apologising for the inconvenience and assurance that replacements would arrive within 48hrs. "Exceptional service" & 5🌟

    Excellent experience. Description accurate, prompt delivery, straight replacement fitting, no modifications needed, good quality, value for money, understanding and cooperating seller. Silly me, thought they came singularly but actually sold in pairs. Result: got twice as many as I wanted. Seller readily accepted request for half to be returned and refunded appropriate amount in only a few days. Cannot complain or fault the seller, Solmer Ltd, in any way whatsoever.
