I contacted the seller asking them to send the correct item, and the only option I was offered was to request a refund, package up the item that they had sent me and send it back to them and then re-purchase the item that I actually wanted. This is really not acceptable. They expected me to correct their mistake. In accordance with eBay’s policy, we promptly provided a return so the issue could be resolved correctly.
