Arrived with the bubble bag ripped open (also USPS rough handling) but undamaged fortunately. Because I received a dull blade from another seller I haven't had the opportunity to use it yet. I've used oster products for decades with my grooming and always had good luck with their products. The price was fair with shipping included. Good communication for my questions. I would use this seller again without hesitation.
