The seller was very responsive and reasonable while we got the issue eventually settled. When it did arrive everything was in great condition and perfectly functional as described. CPUs are OEM so just the chips in plastic shells without a box but that was all I needed in my use case and it saves a bit on the cost. Was a bit weirded out when the cpu did not ship with original packaging and with less capacitors than photos online. Contacted the seller and official AMD support who was able to validate my cpu as a new design of AMD cpu with less capacitors. The seller also offered a full refund if i had any doubts.
