Fortunately, the doll was not damaged (hence, the 'neutral' rather than 'negative' rating). I can't believe this was due to the carrier...it was packaged very poorly.

She quickly let me know and gave me a partial refund. If she finds it she will send it to me. I really hope she does. I love the outfit especially the hat. Good value. I have bought from her before and will again. She has so much honesty and integrity. Recommend her highly.

She did arrive slowly, but it was totally the fault of the postal system, not the sellers fault at all. She is just exactly as described, and she was very well packed.
