Only thing to criticise is the packaging; the book itself was bubble-wrapped, which is great, but the box used was way too weak for international transport, let alone the price I paid for shipping. It was crushed, and inside was only packed with newspaper. It was only by blind luck the (very expensive) book was not damaged, in which case this review would get one star, not four. It was sent with ebay's gsp - this means I send it to ebay in the UK and then they deal with shipping the item internationally. I have no control over the price they charge for shipping, or the packaging they choose to use (or in this case not use). I do appreciate the kind review, enjoy the book.
