When I contacted the seller he gave me a fals excuse that I didn't order the correct product (which I did, as advertised!) then tried to make me keep the cheap product he's misrepresenting, by offering me a $3 discount if I keep it. They were 100% concerned about customer service satisfaction and offered to replace the one that I had. I received the replacement item and turned out to be great. I am very satisfied that I did not have to stay with an item that was not of any use. I highly recommend anyone that wants peace of mind about their purchases to buy from this seller.
