    The items arrived safely and well packaged. However the lights were not as described and did not have the necessary E mark on them. After some back and forth emails, the vendor investigated and found the whole consignment to be defective. A full refund was eventually received after initiating an eBay return even though the vendor had said not to return the item. So I am still leaving positive feedback because of the final outcome.
