Maybe the descriptive text has discrepancies (not this one but others I've noticed), but the customer service is really good. I made an offer for this pen, got accepted right away, asked for combined shipping with the one I made a bid for. The seller had already shipped my other one without realizing but did not charge me again for shipping. Immediately informed me. The pen came in a plastic slip and a case. New and extremely as described.

There was an issue with the pen not listed in the description that compromised its functionality, but the seller was quick to respond to the situation and resolved it in a proactive and cordial manner. They really should remove their “no additional fees” language in their listing as it’s not accurate. Once shipped I did receive the item in a few days. Everything else was perfect as the pen is beautiful in perfect condition. It came in a velvet lined wooden box as expected.
