Disappointed but delivery company issue. This seller is very honest, after purchasing he noticed a little dent on the lid. He gave me the option to either cancel the transaction or he would offer a partial refund. Of course, I accepted the partial refund. He is definitely an ASSET TO EBAY.. I absolutely love them. 😊 Thank you so much for everything.

It was sent in a box with the lid affixed to the side, leaving half of one side completely unprotected other than a couple of wraps of bubble pack. To send a fine ceramic item thus is brave at best.
