Honestly, I've never had this happen before & if it did happen, I was refunded for not getting the item I ordered. I've been ordering from eBay for over 12 years. I guess it's just my fault for missing the delivery. This is in no way the seller's fault that I didn't get it. His communication was excellent & tried to help me as best he could. I'm very disappointed I don't have what I purchased. Seller was very helpful overall. I bought this for my family section on shelves as part of great childhood memories for my grown boys. They loved Ponderosa probably only because Mr. Sprinkles and his purple bag ;) Fair pricing. Package was wrapped extremely well, no way this would have gotten damaged with as well as it was packaged. It was also shipped very fast! The price was a bit more then I wanted to pay; however, this figure isn't produced anymore so understandably it cost more. My son was very happy to add this to his Sago Mini collection! Thank you!!
