They really went above and beyond, the packaging was immaculate, it brought tears to my eyes just knowing that my projector had a safe and happy trip over. Another ewaste problem is stuff needs repairs despite claiming it doesn't but this was perfectly as described, Great value for money, shipping was smooth and quick as well!

The Tektronix 11A34 Plugins both arrived in very good used condition with panels, switches and ports all intact.
