My friend never received the ring, and this merchant refunded the money promptly. I was very upset that the ring was not delivered, but I appreciated their prompt refund. This is a good company, with honest people.

Ebay Customer Service confirmed there was no proof of delivery - tracking # was not for my address. Seller said they would send a new one, "4-5 days, 100% guaranteed". Asked me to close the case. Then provided a false tracking #, that showed the item was delivered. India Post tracking had no location specific details.
