Nonostante la spedizione venga effettuata celermente con Priority mail dal Regno Unito non esiste il tracciamento e i tempi sono un po' lunghi, ma cmq entro l'intervallo temporale indicato nell'ordine. On this occasion due to an error in the vinyl code, I received a different item instead of the one I purchased. Thanks to the seller's quick response, which refunded my money, and because this seller has always been excellent, my feedback it's positive. I don't have the item I ordered, but I have a different one and a refund. Despite this error this seller is excellent. Thanks!!

The feedback is still excellent because they answered promptly and I received a full refund and could keep the item. I bought many items from them and never had issues. It is indeed a huge company and I am quiet sure the problem was due to a single employee that managed the packing cunningly.
