I purchased an item a few days after purchasing this one and it was shipped and arrived days before this one which was paid for several days earlier. I don't know what caused the delay. There was never any messaging as to why so that was a little concerning.

I advised the seller and they immediately offered a full refund or I could keep the dark brown if I liked it and offered a credit for the inconvenience.
