She had insurance for it, yet it seemed the post office was giving her a hard time. I took pictures and she did the best to present our case and they were giving her a rough time apparently which was ridiculous seeing the pieces in the bottom of box broken of the lid and side w pictures we had as we unpacked it. The post office should have honored their word, but she still did to me in refunding.
