Boots arrived but I noticed that they were factory seconds and It was not advertised but the pictures did show signs that would indicate factory seconds. Not a big deal as this boots are very nice. I still consider this purchase a good experience and I blame myself for not inspecting the pictures very closely. Everything from the initial description was exactly as it was described, the offer I made was accepted really quickly, the shipping was very reasonable, packaging was handled with care and they added a few sweet treats upon opening and the value was outstanding.
