    Item arrived quickly and packed against potential damage, and it is exactly as described by seller. I purchased this item for less than other identical pieces being sold and, yet, the quality of this one is comparable to those being sold for more, so I appreciate the savings and value. Slight damage did occur during shipment (unavoidable) but seller was prompt in responding and a very fair compromise was determined. I highly recommend this seller and will happily do business with them again.

    The order was shipped promptly & the items were well packed - so the packaging did it's job. The items were a bit of a puzzle to me so I contacted the seller and they were very communicative. Turns out that there was information from another listing in the item description, for which the seller was most apologetic about. We arrived at an amicable and equitable solution and I will be buying from the seller - great customer service attitude and follow through!
