Seller sent 30 CD cases for each volume because as the order was being packed an additional 5 CDs were found. Unfortunately, 5 jewel cases were empty unbeknownst to the seller, and those couldn't be found. The items that were complete were as described, and items were adequately packaged for shipping and shipped quickly. So the post office delivered my packed to the wrong address or so im assuming never had problems with porch pirates, anyway the sell and had were able to have great communication and I was refunded my money. I even closed the case before getting my refund and still got my refund this is an honest seller you can trust. Id definitely order again.
