When I looked at these shoes I didn't even see the description of the removal of the insoles? This must be a new fad on these used shoe cell sites. I asked the seller why the insoles were removed. His response was less than friendly. And then I asked him if he sold the insole separately to which I got no reply. Great shoes. Great price, horrible customer service. My only sort of complaint is I would have loved for the shoes to have been shipped in a box but they arrived unscathed in a bag, so no problem! This is not great as they can get caught in USPS machines and be damaged. It has happened to me before.
