Although the screen is nearly identical it did have one difference. We have issued a partial refund for an amount provided by the customer as requested to make up for this. I contacted Screenarama and they immediately sent me out a replacement. The replacement turned out to be the incorrect type for my laptop, so I contacted them, and they sent me the return packing slip the same day and sent me a link for the proper screen which I purchased. Great experience all around.
