It was packaged beautifully, my charm is beautiful just like it was described . The price was excellent. It was cheaper than other Pandora charms from other sellers.. Seller was apologetic about the error, and communication was positive and compassionate. Although it took a bit to untangle the mess, the seller was kind enough to include an assortment of stickers and a few other items to make up for the extra delays. We're all human and mistakes happen. I feel the seller has fully made up for it. Thank you again!
