I could never “track” the item…just kept telling me that the label was created, and USPS was awaiting the item The seller, contrition tell me it was out of his hands. When I finally confronted him that the item was never even taken to the post office, he issued a refund. Shipped on time as promised; watched USPS scan it even though tracking never updated. When it stalled, I issued a full refund and offered help up front. Instead I got aggressive, impossible demands for a duplicate of a one of a kind $9 item and hostile caps locked messages. I’ve blocked future purchases, for the first time in my eBay career.
