They sent me a double of one of the models and was missing a different model. I messaged the seller to try and get it made right. Sent multiple messages and after 3 weeks of no answer i made this feedback. 100% dissatisfied. Ended up buying the missing model from another seller and when the option comes up I intend to have ebay force a partial refund to replace the money spent on another seller to correct their mistake

Unfortunately I didn’t notice until months after I bought the product and actually looked through it. Never contacted the seller do I can’t speak on how they would have handled it.

So if you need fast turnaround, perhaps not the place to go. 6 days from purchase to shipped, I received about 13 days after order(across country). So keep that in mind. No communication about timeframe. But hey, let them cook item was exactly as described, and again a great deal.

One piece of the model is slightly melted, I assume from the friction of the padded envelope getting caught on something during shipping, and another part was broken, though neither problem is bad enough to be considered unfixable. An extra layer of bubble wrap around the item inside the padded envelope may have prevented the damage from happening at all.
