I called them and they said it was a mistake on their part however, down below on the listing further down they said it did say 10 inches which I did not see. And after checking again, I still did not see it. However, it is what it is.

You sent me a DOUBLE order for the same two items, Order # 0*01-13040-45549 and Order # 0*24-13025-70844, charging me TWICE, $49.65 EACH TIME. I spent countless hours trying to straighten out the mess, trying to get you to understand your mistake, and yet you refunded me ONLY $36.27 for the returned, unopened duplicate package, instead of $49.65. Your customer service SUCKS; it's impossible to get a human being, and you rely on artificial intelligence to communicate.
