I messaged the seller about this and they gave a full refund without even going through a return. Amazing seller, would buy from again. The product also arrived very quickly and was packaged very well, the power supply and cables it uses were fully wrapped in bubble wrap and fit snuggly in the box.

Reached out and serller sent out not 1, but 2 good working replacements to cover for the bad one. This is great customer service. Mind you, they're only AC adapters, but seller went above and beyond to ensure maximum transactional satisfaction.
