When I reached out again she never responded and then several days later, refunded my item. HORRIBLE SELLER. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Buyer beware. I should have read all the feedback before (attempting) to purchase. Now I won't have the cooler for my event this weekend. WHAT A PAIN.
