    All of the hard drives that I ordered arrived in a timely manner and were well-packaged in a box with specific inserts for shipping drives and that box inside another one with padding to further protect them during shipping. I did a full surface scan on all the drives and, while one ended up having a bad sector, the seller was very responsive and handled the RMA, sending me a replacement that scanned good. Overall EXCELLENT service, great quality, and unbeatable price. RECOMMEND A+++.

    Had 2 drives show up some bad sectors and they linked me pre-paid shipping to return them to exchange for new drives. new drive #1 came back with no bad sectors and now i'm just waiting for replacement drive #2. 100% would do buy again! Good value for the size. Drives came packed and protected very well, happy with my purchase, will need to purchase more after this experience as this was definite a good pick. Great seller

    Drives arrived safely albeit a little over packed. The box could hold 20 drives and I only ordered 4. UPS took twice as long to deliver (not seller’s fault but they did list they would use USPS so maybe that would have been quicker). All drives checked out perfectly with no bad sectors and are currently being loaded up with data. Price was the best I could find and they communicated quickly when I had a pre-sale question on the warranty. Thank you! Will consider again when I need more drives.
