    I give the seller positive score for selling me a good item as described at a fair price, and standing behind the sale by giving me a refund when the item came to me damaged in shipping. The packaging was well marked as fragile but came to me with the box looking like a package from Ace Ventura with the wood cribbing broken and the driveshaft sticking out of the box. This was clearly the fault of the shipping company.

    received the item and it was packaged well and shipped quickly. It fits the description, was shipped with oil included and is the correct item. I installed it after changing the impeller and will be testing on the water soon. The price is good for the age of the item and I would recommend this seller even if just for the packaging.

    The item I received was not as expected but I do not believe it was the sellers fault nor intentional as the issues with the item I purchased were not noticeable without a detailed inspection. The seller was very responsive and was great to work with to find a solution to my issue. The item was very well packaged and shipped quickly. I would buy from them again and highly recommend.
