I purchased a listing without a photo but the title eluded that the CD was a different title than I anticipated. They told me if it wasn’t what they thought because they couldn’t take a photo of it they’d issue a refund and they did. I owned the CD they sent already. I appreciated their honesty and I do want to give them more business so I’m going to buy some more CDs with photos this time! Quick response quick shipping packaged safe and great value. Was given a savings on shipping cost for multiple purchaes shipped together. CDs were well packaged (very important for a fragile jewel case), and shipped in timely manner. Seller made this sale a positive experience. 5 Stars all the way!

This time, unfortunately, the seller sent me a DVD that was for a region that is not used in the USA. I immediately asked for a refund and the chance to return it. The seller provided the refund just as fast which shows their honesty and integrity. I have not been sent a return label yet but that is up to them. The only other negative is that the dvd was shipped in a thin plastic envelope providing no protection at all. No bubbles
